Most orders are produced and shipped within 5–7 business days. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch and we will make it right.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has usually begun and changes may not be possible.
